Want to delete ALL memory?
Go to Options > Security Options > General Settings > Press the Menu Button (Blackberry Logo to the Right of the Green Talk Button) > Wipe Handheld.
** This will permanently delete all messages, contacts, third party applications, pictures, videos, notes, calendar events.. ETC.. **

We usually tell customers if they have an issue, just pull the battery from the back of the phone and 9 chances out of 10 it will correct the issue.
I just found a neat and free application on Blackberry apps called Quick pull. This neat application will allow you to virtually pull the battery without actually taking the battery out. It also comes with a scheduler that will allow you to set a time every day to reboot the phone. I think this goes great with the blackberry curve and everyone should have it.

if you are using the pic/video messaging feature you first must register .. go to www.telusmobility.com/snap to set up the feature.
Knowing this would have saved me some frustration....

trackball issues can be solved by removing with a small screwdriver and cleaning or bring to your nearest TELUS dealer for replacement
