OMG this phone is amazing. so user friendly. i love the bbm application and being able to have facebook messages and things sent to it as well. email function is so easy!definatly glad i got this phone for my husband and i. cant wait to see what bb has for us when we are able to get a new phone either as they never have dissapointed us. LOVE BB!!!!Never will i have just a normal phone again.

I have been using this phone for a little over a month and I really enjoy it. I find it great for keeping tack of my email. It can easily handle 5 emails (I have 5 set up on mine) and the calendar is great for keeping track of important meetings or deadlines.
I was using the Samsung Omnia previously, and while that is a great phone, I find the Tour to be better for work purposes.
The Black Berry messenger is also nice for allowing you to keep track of when your messages have been read.

Camera is awesome, battery life isn't that great. Its also nice that you can remove the memory card without having to take out the battery

For all those Fantasy Sports Fans out there, this is the phone for you. Doesn't matter want sport you follow, the blackberry tour will make your fantasy sports year a great one. The tour can help you make last minute roster changes, add players from the waiver wires, and make a trade for that superstar player where ever you are. The Tour is a must have for any fantasy sport GM, it could make the difference between missing and making the playoffs.

I am a Telus dealer and i can choose whatever device i want. i love my TOUR The camera and video work great . not real happy with battery life but i am sure RIM will fix that. Have some issues with a dirty trackball scrolling . This can be fixed be removing and cleaning the trackball or going to your local TELUS dealer to have it replaced
