This cell phone cannot be hooked up to the internet because of some technical issue they haven't figured out yet. I spent two weeks dealing with this until they finally just cancelled my new contract and returned my money. They should stop selling the cell phone until it's fixed or advise their new customers they won't be able to provide internet service. Shame on you for letting this go on.....
