I've had this phone for about 8 months now. At first I found the batter life was very short, wouldn't last a single day, even without being used for most of the day.
After a few updates, the battery life has much improved. There haven't been many updates to the phone within the past 3 months.
The camera on the phone is great. There's no zoom, but the quality is really good for a phone. There was an update to include video, and the sound comes out pretty good as well.
The slide out keyboard is a great feature. At first I thought the keyboard was small, but after a few days with it, it's great access and easy to use.
The touch screen is excellent. You can quickly go through the menu's, and you can have numerous different cards up at a time. The card feature would be like have different windows open on your computer. You just hit the white button to make them all appear, and then slide through to the card you need.
Call Quality is pretty good. I've had no issues with any calls.
You can add your own songs to your phone to use as an MP3 player or you can use your songs from your computer for your ringtones. You just hook up the USB cable to your computer and use your phone as a USB drive. It's storage is 8 gig. Its good for storing music, pictures, files, etc.
The only negative feedback is after downloading an app, or getting an update, it seems to freeze sometimes. Just takes a reboot and everything is fine again.
Overall, I would give the phone a 8.5 out of 10.
