Love this phone! It is perfect for the texting idiot ! (like myself) It comes in pink as well as the black, the pink has a cute little tattoo decal on the back which is adorable!
The qwerty keypad is neat for guick texting and also for adding in your contacts (which i always avoided doing before!) It also has a memo pad (which i used as a "to-do" list or shopping note. The calander is just perfect, and very user friendly.
Never had any issues with this particular phone.
