Despite the claims on the Rogers site of this being a durable phone, it is in fact quite flimsly. The battery cover will come off easily and it's tabs will easily break. The port covers don't stay in well and are not water resistant. The external antenna is very fragile when extended.
On top of that, the sounds it makes when you use it make it sound like a childs toy and the shape is not comfortable to use or look at.
I sent mine back and paid the extra money for a 'real' durable phone.
